So far ive stayed here 3 different times , this time i was asked for a deposit ,all the other times i wasn't, I think its because of the last time i stayed ,the key was lost in the laundry, I was charged 10$ for a new key and was ridiculed from the night person for missplacing the key like a child and must of put something under my name for future reference , when asked why i was needing a deposit, the GM said for incendentles , I asked what are these incendentels ,she said internet , I said but the internet is free with stay, she quickly said this is what all the hotels do, I said ive been here 3 times now , both the other times i wasnt charged , she said that they didnt have training on the proper protocols , I said are you the one that should be training them , she said yes, then i said If you did your job right , I wouldnt be asking you all these questions because your employees would of already told me about a deposit, she slammed my key on the counter and yelled the room number at me , very rude lady , will be the last time i stay there
