After checking in and getting our room, we realized it was not the room we booked/paid for online. I notified the receptionist (after waiting in line 30 minutes because she was the only employee) and she said there was nothing she could do about it. I even showed her that we paid for a multiple bed suite- there was 4 of us total. They expected us to sleep in two double beds. She then said if I could wait a while in line AGAIN, she could call h er manager and see what he suggests. I told her I wasn't going to wait in line again, as I've already paid and waited for my turn. I finally gave up and we squished ourselves into the room. The pillows on the bed were literally half sized pillows, the door knob to the room was loose and almost falling off, and the sink faucet fell off when I turned it on. Thank goodness we only had to stay one night.

Pleased with room. A very QUIET wall unit, so we could sleep all night ! Also, location has walking distance restaurants from the hotel ! Staff very friendly.

The hotel was well maintained and pleasant for an overnight visit. Plenty of places to eat close by. My only complaint was that housekeeping did not clean the coffee maker in the room. There was old coffee grounds left in the coffee pot and the empty coffee wrappers still on the counter. The complimentary breakfast was nice for a quick bite.
