Great House
The house itself was great. Architecturally wonderful with a great pool and view. We would rebook it 100%. A few small issues that I hope the management fixes: 1. When we got there, there was a beer bottle cap and a few small pieces of glass on the pool deck. 2. Pool was littered with dead and live bugs (not the world’s biggest deal as we spent 10 minutes cleaning it out, but listing said pool was cleaned every Friday and we checked in on a Friday). 3. There are three futons (one is a double so they sleep four total) and yet the house only had one extra pair of sheets. Since we planned on using two futons, we had to make a run to the store to buy another pair of sheets. 4. House fits 20 but really just barely. Maybe 20 with kids is okay. Would not put more than 6-7 adult couples in the house - max. Overall, we really would rebook. We had a great time. Management was hands-off and answered quickly both times I called. You won’t want to leave that pool all day! 4/5 stars easily deserved.

Beautiful home in great location
Was perfect for a group of 11 adults. Property listed as 7 bedrooms, though there are really 6 with the master suite large walk-in converted to bunk room. Large deck in back perfect for hanging out and bar-b-q grill worked well. Lovely view of Texas hill country. House had all the necessities for our group. Great space!

Family Wedding
Coming from a fairly large family our children's weddings could also double as family reunions! Trying to get everyone together at the same time and finding hotels for the event is often difficult. Using VRBO's has been a life saver and makes everything so much more enjoyable. This home was particularly perfect for us. The bedrooms were spread out in different areas of the home, many with their own bathroom. We could all get together to reminisce but also have plenty of space for all of us to get dressed up for the event. The setting was absolutely stunning and relaxing. I will keep it in mind for a relaxing vacation get away..

Dream House and Vacation
We were there for a short stay with the family and loved every second of it. The house was spacious and peaceful. Everything is built elegantly and feels new. Our kids loved playing in the playroom while we were chilling in the living room. There was space for everybody. The outdoors view and deck is stunning! We will have to come back in spring so we can enjoy being outside and the pool! We have rented a lot of vacations homes and this for sure in my top favs

A Dream Getaway in Hays County, Texas
Our stay in Hays County, Texas was a dream! The spacious house with a stunning pool was perfect for a friends' getaway. The game room added endless fun, and the layout provided both socializing and privacy. The house was spotless, and the surrounding nature was breathtaking. Incredible & Peaceful Luxury Place
What a fabulous home! This place was just stunning. The setting is unique as it has like a view on valley that is very peaceful. The pool and the deck is the highlight. We had the best time outside and also for sunsets. We used it like a beach resort during the day and also had great times chilling. Inside the decoration is super luxurious and fresh. The kids loved the game room. The host team was super responsive and they operate this like a high end hotel. We loved it!

What an incredible property and outdoors!
This house was so stunning. We spent a few days in a large group as we had a wedding in the area. The outside patio with the pool, deck and valley views is just fabulous. It was super private and we felt so privileged. The host was super fast in interacting with us and the property is hosted like a luxury hotel with towels, soap etc..It felt like being at the Four Seasons. The kids also loved the game room and the big TV screens so there was something for everyone

Unforgettable Experience!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home. The property is absolutely stunning, with its rolling hills, lush vegetation, and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The house itself was cozy and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But what really made our stay so special was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. They even gave us a tour of the property and recommended us some of the local restaurants. One of our favorite things to do was to sit on the porch at night and listen to the sounds of nature and the wind in the trees. Overall, our stay was an unforgettable experience. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

Amazing back patio deck with a view!
Spacious, clean, and privately located home that comfortably fit our party of 14. The back patio stole the show with the pool, fire pit, and incredible views. The host was very responsive and easy to work with, and I'd definitely come back!
