Parking is terrible. There was barely any room to drive around the lot. Unless you have a compact car you can only hope for one of the 4 spots that have some space.
Be prepared to smell marijuana. The motel states there is no smoking or vaping anything inside but they don't seem to enforce it at all.
The bedding and towels were clean and the floors are wood so the ground was clean too. The shower had a little bit of mildew in the caulk but wasn't gross and the rest was clean enough.
Bring ear plugs! You will hear EVERY sound. From people walking upstairs, to conversations, to doors opening and slamming, to televisions in other rooms. There doesn't appear to be any sort of sound dampening whatsoever. Street noise was loud. Even the fridge in the room was loud.
We choose this location because of the price and proximity to universal studios. Both were great. Was the cheapest and only 9 minutes from the theme park. I suppose you get what you pay for but the rating gave me a false sense of hope that it would be decent. If any of the cons I've listed would bother you as well I'd keep looking for a different place.
