I like the accessibility to bus stops, dining spots, and a nice shopping mall. There was breakfast available but only PopTarts. A loaf bread and some butter or spread would have been nice. The balcony glass doors dont lock. A chain was installed but in a wrong way, it can still be unchained with just a toothpjck to pull up the chain.

This is a good value hotel. Modest by good accommodations, and a reasonable price. Close to Porto's bakery is a big plus!

When we entered into the room, found that bathroom ceiling is broken and all the waste from the ceiling garbage is on the bathtub and outside area. Called front desk to change the room but they denied and sent someone to fix and clean. Room service cleaned the room but bathtub was not functional. Toilet was not flusing as well. I talked with the manager while check out but she said she can't do anything before Tuesday.

Great staff, but place is very run down. There was a big hole in the wall. The floor was not properly sweeped; you can see big particles by the dashboard. There was no comforter for the beds; only two thin sheets. The heater worked, but it smelled like something was burnt and it made the room feel muggy. No shampoo provided; only a small bottle of shower gel and 3 small bottles of lotion. TV did not work properly; it froze a lot.
