Everyone is so nice, many of the worker's recognized us from previous visits. I would like to give a special shout out to Sandy Restaurant manager and Luis as many others. We almost always go for a special occasion and they go out of their way to make it memorable. The entertainment is exceptional too.

They say they have around 10 all-inclusive restaurants but, it is very difficult to get reservations at 9 of them. We tried the day we arrived, and they are always booked. Just the cafeteria which is first come; first serve was available at dinner. Some nights the line at the cafeteria was soo long, your food would be cold by the time you got through the buffet. Alcohol is included but it is so low in alcohol, drinking wasn't worth the calories! For some reason, for an 8 night stay we were never given a second bar of soap for the bathroom, the drinking glass was never cleaned and the coffee pod I used was never replaced. Guests would show up at 6am and reserve all the lounge chairs at the beach and pool so there were no seats available. Some of the people would not come sit in the seats until late afternoon so the seats sat empty. I do not understand why they would allow that. If they had an attendant there to say that you cannot put a book and towel on a chair and leave for 6 hours, that would have been a huge help. The wait staff were very good. Too bad they can't train the cleaning staff. The ice machine on my floor was broken (although there was no sign to indicate this).

The resort is ok, staff was friendly and very nice and helpful. dining is ok, and what is really lacking at this resort is some kind of cafe near the lobby with coffee/deserts/sweets. There is a bar but with no expresso machine.

This is our third time staying in Cancun Pros: 1. Good food and drinks 2. Cleanliness Cons: 1. Awful deserts and coffee 2. Walkability - we traveled with two older adults and you have to walk around the whole resort to get nearly anywhere 3. Upcharges on food for nearly all restaurants- they’re optional, but usually those foods are included for other resorts we’ve stayed at, so it was disappointing

The Spa was our most favourite thing. Overall, the resort was very good. Good for family vacations, kids of all ages were there. Only two pools for adults, one of which is about 4’ only. We wished there were more. Some rooms’ balconies are french style, not full. Some have full proper ones too. The room towers are gorgeous with their indoor plantation. Gives a very casual and homely vibe which we loved. Lots of restaurants options. We loved Rosata, Kalmira buffet and El Mexicano the most. Will go back for sure to explore everything we couldnt in our 5 day trip. Lots to do. Gift shops are obviously overpriced like expected however very nice quality stuff. Almost worth the extra price! 7.5/10
