My stay at the Chelsea Hotel in Canada was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my entire stay. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's amenities. The pool and fitness center were well-maintained and provided the perfect opportunity to unwind and recharge. Additionally, the on-site restaurants offered a diverse selection of delicious cuisine, catering to every palate. The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to transportation and popular attractions. The reason for booking the hotel was location and amenities for my son. Swimming pool, waterslide, and teen room. When we arrived the teen room was closed at 5:00 and the waterslide was not open. We thought he could just go the next day but when he tried to go swimming the next morning the waterslide was still off and found out it only turns on at 5:00 pm Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays this is not advertised on thier site or Expedia. The hotel definitely caters to big group functions and the airport crews. We were there two nights and my son never got to use the slide once. Our room had mold on the ceiling and when we turned on the heat the grate flew off the wall. There was no fridge, blow dryer or sub chargers. Typically I don’t care about these types of items but just putting it out there for those that may expect them. A mini fridge is nice to have for kids. The service was good, the restaurant was delicious. I’d not stay there again for that cost, I’d eat at the restaurant tho.

Found staff intrusive at check in. Wait staff in formal restaurant polite but lacked professionalism (serving from the left, etc). I have been staying at this location on and off for over 30 years since it was the delta Chelsea and it continues to decline. It’s dated, but that’s fine given it’s priced reasonable,…but the staff are subpar, with most I interacted, speaking limited English.

I had a blast staying at this hotel. Between all of the staff it felt like I was at home. They could use some updates on the rooms, but it was nice to be so close to the mall and all the shops.
