We were going to stay at Americas Best inns but decided to pay an extra $70 to stay at Ramada thinking we would get a cleaner, more comfortable stay. Very disappointing! The entry and dining area into Ramada was very beautiful but our room was old and in desperate need of update. Walking down the halls you couldnt help but notice chips in the paint and dings in the walls and doorways. A fresh coat of paint throughout is needed. Our room including the bathroom, had an old smell and dirty feel to it. There was cracked caulking falling around the bathroom counter, twin size bed pillows on the queen size beds, my mattress sunk in on the right hand side so I slept on the left. My husband complained of a sore back when he woke up. Not a good experience for us.

The rooms were okay, but the shower was lacking. I stayed in a room that was wheelchair accessible and was not a fan of the shower.

Responsive Staff
Staff was responsive to the fact in room fridge was non operational — turns out it had been unplugged inside the furniture and had to be pulled out to see. The fitness center equipment was mediocre but I made it work for me.
