Staff was extremely unfriendly. Upon arrival, the room was not ready (1 hour and 20 minutes late) and no compensations were given. They said that because we booked through Expedia, they could not refund. Upon arriving to the room, it smelled like marijuana and the tv was on. Parking is valet only ($35/day) and parking staff did not appear dependable or trustworthy to drive. Breakfast is not included but available at a restaurant, which seemed to take forever to order. I don’t like to leave negative reviews… I wish I had a better experience to share. I would book at a different hotel in the same area, the location was great.

New, clean budget hotel. Our room had some issues. Shower door wouldn’t close, housekeeping only came once on a 3 night stay. Electrical outlets between beds did not work on one side of bed. Otherwise. Very reasonable rates.

The staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel was a little outdated, the microwave in the room was not working, the sheets on the bed were stained and bathroom floor was very dirty and there were hairs in the bathroom wall. I don’t know if I would stay here again.

Quick Trip to Savannah
Checked in super late coming from Orange Park, FL to take my NCLEX at the Pearson Center the same morning. Needed a place for my family to chill while taking my test because I didn't know how long it would be. We are a military family and know great accommodations from bad ones. Quick check- in. Parking across the street in the paid parking garage. We didnt stay long enough to enjoy the food.
