A Cold Room
The room would have been a 5, it the heater didn't. Called front desk and they sent someone to check it. He turned it on just as I had been doing. He said "give it about 10 minutes. Once again no heat, but a bit later someone elae came and gave us a small space heater, but it did little good unless you were next to it.
