Beautiful property with an ideal location. Unfortunately our AC was not working well in our room as well as our friends who were also staying on another floor of the hotel. My check in time was 4 pm but I was not able to get my room until 4:45. The staff were all very nice and friendly.

As we walked into this hotel, we were blown away with this wonderful aroma of goodness. This hotel smelled like no other hotel we have ever been in. The ambiance and setting in the hotel was very fine quality. The staff was AMAZINGGG each day !!!!We stayed a few nights to celebrate our 27th anniversary and when I tell you John the bellman made it such a special and wonderful experience. He went above and beyond and has such a great personality and kind spirit. We shared with him that it was our anniversary and the next day he told the concierge Phyliss of it and they delivered fresh handmade chocolate covered strawberries with champagne and the most sweetest note congratulating us on our anniversary. We can't wait to go back!!!!Thank you The Westin for making our weekend very special!!!!

Really nice looking hotel in an excellent location right on the Riverwalk. Pool was small, gym was poor. We had to ask the front desk just to get our room made up after two days. Our room also backed on to the elevators which sounded like old pipes in January.

Unbelievable the most amazing place.
The concierge is the best!! We got there on Friday night and she suggested Boudro's on the Riverwalk and we had the best time and great service, great people. My new place to stay and always make Boudro’s a must eat at place. Had an amazing breakfast at the Westin. We will stay here again!!
