The hotel was great. Everyone there was friendly and actually looked like they enjoyed working there. The only thing that could improve is the mattresses. Our bed was very firm and had no movement to it at all. That made for a very rough sleep.

The staff is super nice. The breakfast had a few different options and it was good. However, The overall cleanliness/appearance of the hotel is kind of…..in need of a super heavy duty cleaning. Stains on walls, in rooms and halls, carpets, hand prints on windows in my room, it just wasn’t cleaned very well. Elevators were filthy and not swept or mopped. If I didn’t ask for more towels, and soap- I would not have had more. Housekeeping never came. I fact, I grabbed a box of tissues and toilet paper for my room from cart in hallway. For a new hotel, you all really need to do a better job at cleaning the halls, rooms, windows and elevator. It shouldn’t have looked so dirty and dusty.

A new hotel with decent location
Very friendly front desk. Have a very good breakfast setup. Everything seems new. Has a small bar with a happy hour and fun bartender. Crackerbarrel next door for meals.
