There were no empty rooms, but our room was quiet. Very happy that the Saturday morning breakfast began at 6:00 am and hope this becomes a regular practice. We had to wait for a cart for our luggage because both of them were in use. Please install grab bars in the toilet area. I'm 5'3" & found the toilets WAY too low for comfort/ease of use.

Just meh
Overall fine. The hotel was relatively clean, but some parts were in somewhat poor condition--scuffed walls and trim, etc. Just looked a little shabby in places. Pool and hot tub were working and were open late, which was great. The chlorine in the hot tub seemed very strong--our eyes were burning while sitting in it. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fine--mostly average, but the "bold" variety of coffee (at breakfast, not in the room) was good, and the waffle machine was a great addition. Waffles were different flavors each day.

For a 2 night stay had to switch rooms once- the air conditioner was broken in the first room and the lady tried to tell Me it was because of the temperature change, I told her no, the compressor isn’t coming one. Then the second room we got the bed was broken, slept horribly that night. The did send someone to fix the bed the next day. But when I asked for pillows that night to help even out the broken bed, I even had to fight for those. It was not a great stay considering.

Quiet and comfortable, easy to get to... and into. Room was spacious, clean, and a great value. Breakfast was worthwhile. Lots of shopping and dining within a 3-minute drive.
