Everything was great
Great location. Great apartment. Great host. Everything was great. Would recommend. * Comfortable, modern apartment with a high quality king size bed. Was very clean. * Location in the arts district near shops, restaurants, VCU, the Contemporary Art Museum, and general grocery/pharmacy stores. All walking distance. * Very fast internet (100+ Mbps). Could stream my phone to the TV. * The apartment was surprisingly quiet considering it was along Broad Street, in a bustling location. * I was in town for a business event. Had to extend my stay twice at the very last minute. I was there for a total of 10 nights. Mark (the host) was accommodating, helpful, responsive and flexible. * Apt building and apt was easy to access. Will definitely stay here again when I return to downtown Richmond.

Quick Trip To Richmond
The property was nice and close to the white coat event that we attended for our daughter. Centrally located, the property is near the medical college at VCU as well as many historical sites. We stayed on the 4th floor and there was an elevator that allowed access for those that have difficulties with stairs. The unit was clean and nice.

We will for sure be staying here again! The property was clean, safe, and right in the middle of so much. I would highly recommend this place if planning to visit the Richmond area!

Anniversary weekend in the arts district
We thoroughly enjoyed our loft in the arts district for our anniversary weekend getaway. Everything was clean everything worked it aith only a few minor issues. All of which, the manager thanked me for letting him know of the issues and promise that everything would be taken care of. Staff were great and just being in the arts district was just a very pleasant and relaxing weekend. Thank you

Really cool apartment with good view of the city
All was really great Minus the parking situation. The apartment was furnished with more than we expected everything we needed to do our cooking and meal prepping. I would stay again even with the price of parking
