The guest service people were excellent. The property was a bit unkept. Our door was sticking so we were unable to close it securely and the chain lock was also broken. The shower didn’t have much water pressure. The people were so helpful that I’d still give them 5 stars.

This was my second time at this hotel. The rooms are clean. But our favorite part of this place is the pool and hot tub. Clean, well-kept and indoors so usable year round.
