The facility is beautiful and the food was amazing!! The grounds are immaculate and the staff are all so welcoming and friendly! The room and bed were very comfortable. Great pool and beach area too! We loved every minute of our stay!

This is one of the best resorts I've been to in Riviera Maya. The staff are outstanding. The grounds and the beach are great and clean and the food is excellent. We took someone with a handicap and I think they need more elevator access. Other than that PHENOMENAL!

This was our 5th all inclusive to Mexico. The other 4 times were in Cancun and we wanted to try a different location. The area has so much to do; the only saving grace. The food was the absolute worst we have ever had! The staff did not seem happy to help and were almost agitated to have guests there. Adriana at the bar and Minnie and Lola-(water excursions) were the only ones who showed genuine enthusiasm. We spent a lot of money and were hugely disappointed in this resort.
