What I dislike about this property is that it was not fully clean. I had asked for an upgrade and got automatically declined. The beds were awful. The bathroom was not cleaned. The toilet paper holder was broken. My room was in front of the ice machine and it was super loud, I had lack of sleep. The noise level I would rate it high because you can hear everything inside the room. I would never go back to this property. I wish I can get a full refund because this was a very low expectation and not good experience.

Reception was eating a full course meal and was on the phone. It took a minute to get her attention. The room was filthy. Everything in the bathroom from the toilet paper holder, the Shower nozzle, to the toilet seat was broken. The floor was filthy. It looked like it never had been cleaned. I was so close to leaving the entire time. My personal recommendation would be to spend the extra money and go somewhere else. This is not a place you want to stay.

They room that they gave us, the AC wasn’t working, and they room they change us to, was dirty. At the breakfast fast room, no one cleans or refill. Even the room was cheap, it not worth it

The worst hotel experience of my life!
I would never stay in this hotel again. This is supposed to be a Wyndham hotel, it is bately a no tell motel. There were no blankets and when we asked for some were told that even the night manager did not have any for herself. The breakfast was essentially non existent.
