The check-in staff were terrific. We arrived around 11 o’clock am. Check-in was 4’o’clock but they got us a room immediately and with a smile. The room looked like it had just been remodeled spick and span. The shower actually had good strong water pressure. I will definitely stay there again

My family had a great stay!
We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back! The front desk staff was warm and friendly. We enjoyed chatting with them. The pool and hot tub were the perfect size and temperature. The lounge chairs in the pool area were very comfortable. Our room was a good size and was very clean/comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small (especially the vanity), but the water pressure in the shower made up for it (great shower!). Parking is in a multilevel garage, with stairs and no elevator. We had to carry our suitcase down multiple flights of stairs. We noticed the ground-level loading/unloading spaces at the end of our stay and will use them next time. We enjoyed the hotel restaurant and the convenient Boardwalk/beach location. If you are staying in the off-season, and plan on a weekend stayover that includes a Sunday, don't book for Sunday right away. For people booked for a Friday/Saturday stay, they left papers at hotel room doors, enticing them to add Sunday night in exchange for a $50 restaurant credit. We missed out on that deal because we had pre-booked for Sunday. Overall, a wonderful stay that we hope to repeat!

I didn’t like that the walls are paper thin. The lady in the room next to me kept screaming on the phone at 6:30am. Would not stop even when asked. The pool water spells like a septic tank and I smelled (not like chlorine but like poop) after a swim. The room they gave me was an inch away from the elevators and all I heard throughout the night is people yelling in the hallways and the beeps from hell (elevator dings). The shower had hair everywhere in it. The sink had hair and toothpaste everywhere as well. The floor in the bathroom was disgusting and the bed had hair on it as well. And also, $3 for a Dasani water at the desk. 3 bottle for almost $10. Over priced.

Property was a good value for price. Clean, well appointed, good balcony view. We got carryout from restaurant on premises and it was overpriced and practically inedible. Pizza only a teenager would eat.

Sydney at the front desk was attentive and extremely helpful. Our room had a beautiful view of the sunrise over the ocean. Definitely returning.
