Hotel did not have any record of my booking, I had an email confirmation and had the trip in my Expedia app but they had no record of it. They were accommodating enough and were able to get me a room for the price that I paid but the lady at the counter seemed a bit unwilling to help

Parking was terrible...get rid of the paper passes..and NO MICROWAVE in the entire hotel...Invest in at least 1 so guest can warm up left overs...restaurant didn't even have one...but thats not their problem...other than that...hotel stay was aight....

The girl at the front desk was horrible she had me in the lobby with a migraine for hours. I had tears running down my eyes. My card expireded 1/2 so when i extended my stay she wouldn't give me a new key i offered cash or a relative to bring me a card even security told her to give me a new key i paid for incidental the first night n didnt even use it but she wouldn't budge i have never experienced nothing like that in my years of staying at hotels
