The hotel looks nice and is decorated well but the rooms are very small. The main sink is in the room and with almost no counter space so sharing a room with 4 people is challenging. No floor towel so when you come out of the shower you are in your foyer and water gets everywhere. Hard to walk around the beds, walls are paper thin (could hear a plastic cap drop in the room next to us. Got here late and the lobby was very dark could hardly see my wallet. Wouldn’t stay here again.

One tiny bar of soap to wash your hands with AND shower for 2 people, no coffee in the room. This is NYC but felt like a cheap slump. The cleaning staff knocked loud on the door at 8am despite having the sign on the door & when we yelled no thank you they still proceeded opening the door. That was disturbing and woke us up early.

ok but be careful
The hotel is newy built so the finsihes are modern, the design is contemporary. The vibe is hip and busy, but not overly congested. I appreciated the $25 daily credit for use at the restaurant or coffee bar or lobby bar. But I was charged on the final check out bill for items I did not sign for. I have disputed them with a phone call to front desk. I am STILL waiting for a call back and a credit.
