The hotel and the rooms were nice. The customer service was poor as best. First, which is a small issue my key did not work. Secondly, the water dispenser was empty and I was told no one could refill. Not sure why. The coffee bar was closed as well, the bar was closed at 10 pm. The lobby was full with people having the same problem as myself. We all were returning for a concert. Yet the hotel was not prepared. No place to get water of any kind. The only solution I was give was to buy the water in the mini fridge for $6.00 crazy. All these issues add up and makes for a bad time!!
