The bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. The TV would only work though a iPhone app that must be purchased to use... Parking was located across a busy street and was charging $50 per day I tried to get a refund from Sonder on day 1, but they refused

There was a lot of construction, every surrounding building is under major construction (feb 2024). You can also hear the neighbors easily. The place is nice upon first glance but then you notice the doors are busted, the couch is all stained, the shower door was broken. I also dropped something and looked under the bed for it...clearly that area is not cleaned often. It is a good value but not in great condition. The area was very easy to walk to and from.

The wall of the bathroom, underneath where the towels hang, needs to be cleaned. It was dirty when we showed up. Otherwise it was wonderful!!

We booked the property for our conference with the HBP Expo this year. We were an exhibitor with a truck and trailer. We were unable to find anywhere nearby to park. The hotel was not clearly marked. In the emd we tried to cancel, in which case we were not able to reach anyone at the hotel. If you need parking for anything bigger than a compact, this is a place to avoid.

The apartment suite was so cute. Loved the industrial look. Overall, it was clean. There was construction going on across the street, so it was noisy in the morning. (Not the owner’s fault.) The price was very reasonable for our 2 night stay. Parking was across the street for $50 a day which was not terrible for Nashville. Will be staying here again.
