FFA was there the last two days - no fault of the facility. It was noisy and hard to have breakfast in the mornings since there were so many kids there. Staff managed as best they could due to the circumstances. Surprisingly, my room was nice and quiet though.

Everything was very good, the breakfast, the snacks, very clean, the kindness of the people who work there are very friendly. Whenever I visit Monterrey I stay at this hotel.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We will never return here or any other Embassy Suites hotel. We had to move multiple times due to AC not working in our rooms. We did this with 4 children and the manager was not the least bit empathetic and never accepted responsibility. We brought the issue up early in the morning and were told it was resolved. When we returned it turned out the maintenance crew had looked at it for 5 minutes said it was fixed but actually did nothing. By this time we were told we could not get a a refund because it was after 11am and that it was company policy. It feels like they just lied to us long enough to make sure they could take our money.
