I booked to this hotel because it was included a buffet and it was not at all, I was disappointed there was not food available all the time some of the drinks tested so bad even I spoke to other guests and they have to go out to buy food because what they provide they didn’t like it so we spent some of the days out as well so can eat that the hotel not provided I will no recomended this hotel to no body and I never go back again, the staff were so friendly but they were not their fault not to provide what they need to offer us

Very relaxing lots to do enjoyed the pool’s staff was friendly all the restaurants and bars were nice could use some improvement on buffet and food other than that it was great thank you !!

Well the ONLY Complaint I would have is The all inclusive dink package. I could never get the same drink quality from each bartender. EVERY drink tasted different. I just wanted the same quality. I think the bartenders all need to go to basic training. I was looking forward to a week of drinking and I could only drink when we went and taxied to restaurants. Drinks that I requested were lava flows.did not know how to makeMiami Vice no two were the same and Mango Daiquiris? Easy but no bueno!!

We were racially profiled when we ebbed the property. The security was rude and stopped us from entering. The staff at the front did nothing saying its their job. The room, food and property was okay but the initial situation ruined our stay!

This was a quiet resort. Food was good with a bit of variety having different themes each night. Shows were hit and miss. As were the drinks. Clean rooms. Great beach access for spectacular sunrises and whale watching. No swimming. No poolside or beach service, drinks or food. Walkable distance to supermarket and Starbucks. Felt safe in area walking outside of resort.

Was my first trip to Mexico and had my bar pretty low. Pulling up the place is nice but there’s a run down unfinished construction right beside. The people were super friendly, helpful and could speak enough English to get you around. The food was tasty, the rooms were clean but no bathroom fans for some that’s a big thing with buffet food haha. The music playing at the restaurant was on a 10 song loop the whole time. The upper jacuzzi was Luke warm and the tiling was falling off here and there but the bar service was great. Evening entertainment was great local traditional dances and singers. Over all decent experience. Can’t go wrong for the price. 20 min walk to central San Jose for the art walk! Construction around the area during the day so it was little noisy for a relaxing vacy but the area will look great I’m sure when all that construction is done.
