First off the front desk concierge named Smith checked us in and helped us with questions during our stay and he was always absolutely amazing! He deserves an outstanding employee award. So kind and very helpful as we were new to this resort. The rest of the staff so friendly and welcoming. Shout out to the staff at the steakhouse who made our dinner visit so special as we were celebrating birthdays. Our room with a pool/ocean view (2528) was outstanding. We usually visit Cabo twice per year but mostly stay at Riu. We definitely won't be returning there. Instead we choose this hotel as our new favorite and we will be bringing back our family. The food/restaurant s at this hotel are top notch and so was the entertainment crew and shows. All I can say is thank you to this resort for making our stay so amazing from start to finish.
