Initially, I was a little concerned about the automated check-in process and the lack of staff on site, but it was just fine. The room was nicely equipped with a full kitchen and utensils. It wasn’t anything fancy, but overall it was satisfactory. I would stay here again.

Huge rooms but horrible service
The garage gate was broken so I couldn't park there, and I specifically picked this place because of the location for meetings which I had to drive to. Communication was awful. I was repeatedly given incorrect information, including the wrong access code, which meant I was stuck outside in the pouring rain trying to get inside with an incorrect access code. They claim to offer 24/7 service, but when I called them, I waited on hold for 7 and 1/2 minutes only for the call to go to voicemail and nobody called me back. I couldn't get through to anyone using their online chat. Text communication was reasonable but not impressive. There were hairs in my room when I got there that were not mine, and a giant puddle of rainwater by the window from a leak.

The property is brand new, our apartment was spotless. The service was outstanding. I met the GM as per a specific request on my luggage, Vicky was lovely and accommodating of our needs. The virtual assistance is very responsive and works smoothly. I truly recommend anyone staying at Kasa Sunset LA.
