The parking garage was a nightmare for us. We were charged per night for parking and yet had a hard time leaving or re entering the garage and nobody was there to assist us. We had to get out of the car to go back into the hotel to get someone to help us. We have never experienced such a crappy parking system…. It was extremely frustrating and they didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience that we had to go through…. Very disappointing. Do better with your parking system especially when you’re charging your staying guests at your hotel or at least have someone available in the garage 24/7 so they can help instead of us having to come into the lobby to get help!

On our second try, Google maps took us around the back to what turned out to be the shuttle bus area. But since we couldn’t find the drive up to the lobby, my hus stayed with the car while I checked in and threw the bags into our room. On the way out we looked for any signage that should have guided us to the parking ramp. It was confusing even when we knew what we looking for. The check in instructions should really say to go straight to the parking garage. We intended to drop off our rental car as the next step, so since we didn’t need parking it wasn’t obvious to go to the parking ramp.

Had two rooms reserved. One was checked in early, the other I had to keep asking reception every half hour as instructed by staff. He never called me when room was ready. I had to keep checking as instructed. I was sitting in front of staff and they never notified room was ready.
