I wouldn't stay here again - sketchy, poor service
Hotel pictures were misleading, I dont know what I expected, but I didn't expect that, in a bad way. Anyhow, we figured we would make the most of it. Location was great, and that was most important to us. Service was abrasive and uncouth. We checked in friday for two nights, obnoxious lady at front desk asked us about parking, parking looked sketchy, we told her we may look off property, she said fine, if you park there still you can pay later, and we have your card on file so no worries. We did wind up just leaving the car there, it was raining etc. That next day we spent out and didnt return until late. When we got back, our room key had been disabled. I expressed we needed to use the rest room could you fix our room key. she proceeded to condescend to us and refused to open room until parking was paid ($25) and that she would kick us out without refund. There was literally a man sleeping in the parking space next to where we were supposed to park. We didnt refuse to pay, but how the series of events occurred, it just hadn't happened yet, and its not as if they didnt have a way to charge us already; especially when she mentioned they could charge later on card if not paid at that time; we still had a whole nother day there. Anyhow, I recorded this lady yelling and cussing at us, I was highly offended. Hotel was unkept, dirty halls, trash in front of exit etc.

The main problem was charging an extra 25 for parking which was way out of the way. The lady that worked the front end was not only rude but very abrasive, had an obnoxious overal attitude and should not be working there. She's the rudest customer service lady I have ever seen and experienced. I'll never stay there if

The bathroom was disgusting. A stranger's razor was in the shower. Along with opened shampoo and conditioner packets covered in hair. There were exposed outlets behind the bed. Some outlets didn't work. You have to pay $25 to park in their parking lot. I assumed hotel parking would be free, silly me. There's usually a WiFi password in the room, there wasn't one. Maybe you have to ask the front desk? Some linen had holes. The beds were creaky

Great Price, Incredible Location
A near-perfect stay in the heart of Hollywood Blvd. Clean and secure. My room could've used hangers in the wardrobe, and I never did see a continental breakfast, but the location and friendly reception staff made up for that.

In my opinion they need to be more friendly, the rooms were a little dirty, theybonly provided 2 towels for 4 people and they only had cereal for breakfast, the fridge was leaking a lot of water and on the ither toom the tv was not working
