Rooms are small- but absolutely serviceable. My window for the king room looked out to an alley- but I was in my room to sleep. Lobby is lovely, staff were all super helpful and friendly!

Wonderful stay, perfect for theatre trip
My husband and I celebrated my 40th birthday with an overnight stay at Strand Palace. It was a fantastic experience. Room was kindly upgraded. Everything was beautifully clean. Raunak gave perfect customer service when checking us in. The room even had some birthday surprises - all provided by the hotel without us knowing.

Very enjoyable time and location perfect for Theatreland. ‘Cosy Double’ room is certainly just that and not for a larger couple than us. however this didn’t spoil our stay.

Travelled for Mamma Mia - hotel spoiled my stay
Hi, Considering what I did paid for both mine and my daughter’s room (£175 each). They were both very poor value for money. The rooms were very small, window view was terrible, shower water power was rubbish and room configuration due to size was also very poor. Furniture in the room was very dated, decor was very poor / off colou and only 3 x coat hangers Attention to detail in the rooms needs to be at a higher standard in my opinion Drinks and food were ok but my daughter ordered a cocktail from the bar - I had to take it back as it wasn’t very nice. I was informed that the cocktail mixes are pre prepared earlier in the day - at £15 a cocktail this is not good enough. I also ordered a Guinness to be be informed that this is not available anymore - but it was listed in the drinks menu Overall my experience was very poor Regards Dave Barker
