Dear Manager I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your motel. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I expected from your establishment. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed several issues with the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. Additionally, the amenities promised on your website were either missing or in poor condition. Furthermore, We request twice to reception lady who has curl hair but unfortunately house keeping service not provided in whole four days stay. As well, we request for portable fan as they told us they will provide if we need. But when we asking for fan the lady says I can’t get fan to leave the counter and unsatisfied excuses. Overall, I was deeply disappointed with my stay at your motel and feel that the quality of service did not justify the price paid. As a frequent traveler, I rely on accommodations that prioritize cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism, none of which were adequately provided during my stay at your establishment. I kindly request that you address these issues promptly to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar problems. Additionally, I would appreciate a refund or a discount for my inconveniences during my stay. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Cute retro motel located just a short walk (yet far enough away) from Freemont Street. The room (Fairway Queen) was just as pictured, clean and comfortable for our one night stay. The only issue we had was the site mentions AC/Heater but while there was a control for fan speed (low/med/high) there was no actual thermostat to control temperature and the only air we could get to come out of the vent was warm. Only other recommendation would be a small mini fridge for the room. The best part of our stay was all of the staff! Each person we interacted with was super sweet and offered recommendations (for breakfast, I recommend EAT just around the corner) and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we enjoyed our stay. Would also add that the communication (text) from the hotel was great! I received a welcome text, one after check-in to make sure we had what we needed, and then again to confirm check-out and return of the deposit. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Downtown Vegas!

Yikes! Beware
If you love to party ALL night long then this may be the place for you. Free weed smoke throughout the room. People screaming all night long. No air conditioning in the winter even with warm weather. Metal ice buckets being filled by your room, super loud.
