I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your motel. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I expected from your establishment.
Upon arrival, I immediately noticed several issues with the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. Additionally, the amenities promised on your website were either missing or in poor condition.
Furthermore, We request twice to reception lady who has curl hair but unfortunately house keeping service not provided in whole four days stay. As well, we request for portable fan as they told us they will provide if we need. But when we asking for fan the lady says I can’t get fan to leave the counter and unsatisfied excuses.
Overall, I was deeply disappointed with my stay at your motel and feel that the quality of service did not justify the price paid. As a frequent traveler, I rely on accommodations that prioritize cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism, none of which were adequately provided during my stay at your establishment.
I kindly request that you address these issues promptly to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar problems. Additionally, I would appreciate a refund or a discount for my inconveniences during my stay.
