Nice revamp of a motor motel. The property was spacious, had a nice clean, large pool and we were recognized as VIP with nice perks. On the down side, the bar tenders were glum and lifeless. The bike rentals were a nice touch. All the extra fees were annoying…resort fee, parking fee, bike rental fee, shuttle fee. If you charge a resort fee, it should include the other charges, especially when it’s $45/per guest

Nice hotel for price
Great service! Comfortable beds. Nice pool and food truck on site. No microwave in room, but I asked at front desk and they brought one to our room within 15 minutes. Only downsode, lots of roosters on the property (it is Key West!). They would start crowing around 4 am and are so loud until 7 am. Bring ear plugs! Iverall, nice hotel fornbeing one of the cheapest options in Key West.

It was not worth the price at all! They had nothing, the most basic room, pool wasn't even heated, the front desk attendant did not properly inform about parking, it was a distance from main attractions. Not worth the money.

Essentially a budget motel trying to be a resort. Very old with fresh paint. Room was missing artwork. Food truck served stale chips with the tacos. Good location and there’s a Starbucks are the only redeeming qualities. I’d stay anywhere else on key west before here.
