The welcome email claimed to include all relevant information; while we’ve never stayed at an unattended inn, it was okay for us in theory. Unfortunately, not only did the welcome email contain wrong information to grant us access, they’d only remotely unlock the doors. I asked for the correct code to access our unit and was told they weren’t sure how long it would take to generate … I had to call back SEVERAL TIMES over the next few hours to actually get someone to answer and then give us a code! Totally unacceptable!! Unit contained hair embedded in the shower, linens, towels, and sink … that’s too easy to make sure it’s not left behind when cleaning. Finally, the maintenance is non-existent … they actually screwed blinds to the casing instead of replacing the broken blind. This is a historical house & a tragedy to the history of the city for these folks to allow this kind of treatment for the property … guests shouldn’t care more than the owners!
