The hotel itself is a bit dated but looks like it was being kept up. Painted etc. Staff was all very nice and hotel was in walking distance to shops and nice restaurants. Free parking was a plus! Overall it was nice stay at affordable price. Not the Ritz but don’t have a complaint. Would stay again.

I was skeptical after reading all the 1 star reviews. I was on verge of changing hotel, but I want to be close to my relatives. The hotel is very conveniently located near everything. The room is super nice and clean. If you are picky and looking for fancy resort style hotels then this is not your place. I will definitely rebook hotel hb for its hospitality and location .

Tiny, old and dirty, rooms smelled like old smoke, had to switch rooms because the first one was so smelly. Front desk moved me quickly as if they have to switch people all the time. Elevators wreaked of marijuana. Bathroom in 2nd room has oil or similar on the floor and had a dark ring in the toilet. Walls have scuff marks everywhere and furniture is chipping. TV is tiny and bed is hard and sheets are stiff and itchy. Pool are is old, and Jacuzzi is brown and dirty. Overall, I would not return. Only positive is Bella Terra is right across the street so dining and entertainment was close.

The property itself was nice our room was not cleaned very well had sticky areas on the carpet, our room was supposedly cleaned while we were out for the day but the sink had black stuff all up in it that hadn’t been there before we left!

The staff were friendly and helpful, parking for a large truck available, food and shopping within walking distance. That said, the property is aging, but staff seem to be doing a good job with maintenance.
