Exterior and interior look a little shabby.. most of the parking was in the back, which was inconvenient and also very limited due to many construction vehicles and supplies parked there. There needs to be another way in and out of the parking lot because some guests had large vehicles towing large boats that took up space and blocked the flow of traffic in and around the parking lot. The door handle to get in the building out back was installed crooked.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. We switched rooms twice. Once bc our original room hadn’t been serviced from the last guest, but their computer system had gone down, so no big deal. The second room didn’t have functional heating. The room we stayed in had heating, but also dysfunctional, we had it on 66 degrees and were sweating. Then the refrigerator started making a clicking that last throughout the night.

The hotel, as a whole, was very dirty. The carpets were soiled and looked like they had not been vacuumed in quite some time, in the room and throughout the hallways. The elevator was also very dirty. Dirty, smeared mirrors and faucet in bathroom. Not once did I see any cleaning staff or a maid service cart. The lobby and eating area was tidy and surface clean. My sheets were clean and since the only time I spent in the room was to sleep, I did not lodge a complaint.

Others let their kids run up and down the halls all night and we were kept awake by the neighboring room yelling all night. Tye stuff was nice and helpful when needing help at breakfast and to fix our toilet but did not speak to the other partons about being courteous to others
