The check in process was horrible. The front desk staff struggled with the check in system. It was nearly 40 minutes waiting in line before we were checked in. The room type was not correct and when sleeping to the front desk staff we were told they would check into it and get back to us. The rooms were outdated. Some of the furniture honestly should just be thrown away, it was tattered and stained. The garbage can on the room looked as of it had never had been cleaned. The pool on a Friday night is only open until 8 and it's UNHEATED. For a group of 5 at the pool they allotted 2 towels. How is that even acceptable? The pool requires a combination to get in, when I went and asked the front desk responded with the code in a manner insinuating that it was common knowledge. Also, please note that they do charge a $150 incidental deposit!! At this location better gtfoh. Then you don't even get it back for 5-10 business days and when you complain about how it should be made more aware to the customers before booking, they just smirk. When I complained and stated I would never be back - the clerk was totally unphased by my comment. And it should be noted every single person in line had issues checking in. Never, ever again.
