When I arrived they couldn’t find my reservation showing I had paid. The bed had hair in it the shower had hair in it. Housekeeping did not clean the room nor change the sheets. They made the bed and replenished the towels and wash clothes.the closest restaurant was in the hotel which was only available 1 night I was there
