Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here
The changes our room three times and they were all unacceptable. The furriers was either broken or fallen apart. The refrigerator was not operation, the bed sheets were dingy, the towels were dingy, the rug was sticky, the AC did not work properly, the draws were dirty, there was no phone in the room, no water in the pool , kids run the front desk and are clueless , no security at all! Horrible place to stay. There were three positive things, comfortable pillows, bed and quiet area.

Just when I went to the lobby I wanted to cancel but I was not foing to get my money back. Went to the room I was given and it was a disaster. Bathtub dirty..not even a phone in the room. View to an empty pool. And forget about breakfast. Got only half a cup of coffee and the server did not even to replentish the thermos. Servers in hiding at rhe kitchen. Will not even stay there if it was given to me for free

Rarely seen a worse hotel in all my years of travelling. Felt absolutely unsafe and changed hotels after being there for an hour or so. Besides the safety issue, the hotel and the room were dirty and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Mentioning this to the front desk, the reply was "we know, we charge them the $150 cleaning fee, you can upgrade to a better room for $20" . Obviously I will never stay in this Hotel again and I would think twice if you consider it, given that the nightly rate was not even very cheap.
