Poorly maintained. Ocean view was inaccurate. Our window was so thick frosted that we barely make out the ocean. They are super understaffed in the restaurant area. Waited an hour and a half for a terrible breakfast. Only one guy working the restaurant so everybody learns quick not to go there. Overpriced for what is offered here. I come to corpus often to see my daughter who is a student here. Never again will we stay here.

We visited during February. Granted, it was a cold weekend to visit, however, the place was under construction outside which made it look cluttered and unorganized. One of the smaller elevators on the inside was out of order, they had no more regular coffee cups, only decaf because they’re “truck order hadn’t arrived,” the walls and doors in the room needed some deep cleaning or remodeling, one of the pillars on the outside balcony had a huge hole and crack running down it, we were in the 6th floor so no other heavy weight on top thank goodness, outside windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a little bit, the iron didn’t work well it had a huge crack in it as if someone possibly dropped it, as I ironed my husbands shirt, water just poured out. Overall, I enjoyed the layout and stay but it could use some deep cleaning or remodeling as those small details stand out to me and I’m sure others who have stayed.

It took 30 minutes to check in. They had system issues, I understand. But when it started working again, 1 of the 2 employees decided to go on break. Inside our room 307, the counters and pull out seating had not been wiped down, there was still a footprint on one of them. While riding one of the 2 main elevators, the doors wouldnt open on floor 3. We went back down and used the "additional elevator", which had no safety inspection paperwork in it, which im pretty sure is illegal. Also, we woke up at 4am to a leaky drip in the bathroom ceiling. We were not satisfied and will not be recommending this location to family or friends. Please be more diligent in customer service and inspecting the elevators and rooms for customer safety.

The property is in really bad conditions and under construction, elevators under repair, no showers outside to clean yourself after the beach, there was no hot water to take a shower, we had to cancel the stay and go to other Hotel after 3 hours there, not recommended
