Most likely will not stay at this hotel at our next visit to island. Staff was super amazing and we were greeted mimosas upon check-in. However, there were certain items about the hotel we could not overlook. Hotel advertises sky bar and tiki bar but we could not find staff working these area despite hours of availability. Hotel only had 1 main food area and the snack bar was only available for limited hours. Waitstaff constantly got our food orders wrong. Beach view was not appealing. It rained during our stay and found the hotel had several leak issues which caused the elevator to not work. Overall, not impressed with the hotel and will consider other hotels in the area.

It was a beautifully kept property with excellent staff and easy access to transportation. The food was great and it was so peaceful. It was exactly what we were looking for for a long weekend get away! Definitely recommend!

The property was understaffed. Meals were prepared in about an hour, and mostly inconvenient, pool side orders provided one waiter servicing the outdoor restaurant, pool bar, pool side and beach. You had to walk to the bar or cook to place an order. Also, one waiter meant food remained poolside for birds, stray cats and dogs to enjoy. The room service menu was limited and the food selections were juvenile (frozen nuggets,fries, bland nachos). The resort allowed only 1 beach towel person, so no laying out AND drying off with a different clean towel. No early check-in and a fee for any late check out. No face towels or bath towels provided, only dry towels in room. The “super king” room is actually 2 queen beds side by side, with the mattresses touching and 2 separate linens, so bedding super awkward and uncomfortable. Jacuzzi controls were hidden in a box, and the next door Gardner/Maintenance worker had to tell Beló guests how to power it on (well, the one that actually worked). Also, hope that the one waiter notices you’re trying to open an outdoor umbrella else you won’t be able to relax underneath one, they remove the handles so guests can’t use them. Only one functioning elevator.

Check in was great. Very clean ocean view room. Overall staff was good. For an all inclusive very poor buffet in the three mornings we were there was always limited and cold not warm at all , so ordered off the menu of course at a charge it was better. I felt that the dinner supper meals were not that great either.
