This was our third stay in Cancun and our first time at the Grand Fiesta. The Grand Fiesta is a very nice place, the restaurants are 5 star, and we felt very safe in the hotel. There were lots of families and things for the kids to do (we were not with kids). The pool water could have been just a bit warmer, but that's about the only negative I have. We will be going back again!

I think the hotel is super nice for families with small children. Maybe not so much if you're looking a romantic getaway. I think we'll try another all-inclusive adult place next time. But definitely would come back with a family here. It's a great hotel.

This property went above and beyond with customer service from check in to check out. They were accommodating to every need. They also did a great Super Bowl party! We will definately be returning here for our next trip to Cancun!

I travelled with my husband and my two children (ages 4 and 6) and we had a wonderful time. The kids reallllly enjoyed the kids club and were begging to go back each day. The beach area was beautiful and the kids enjoyed searching for seashells. The waters were a bit rough for them to get in (when we arrived it was pretty windy), but they calmed down during our stay. We loved the buffet breakfast at Isla Cantoy (I've got picky eaters so having the options was helpful for them). Also, my husband and I enjoyed a massage at the spa, which was amazing! Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return!
