The customer service at the Staybridge was poor. The staffs were not friendly and not helpful, the front desk of Crowne Plaza was more helpful and more accommodating. I would book Crowne Plaza on my next trip to Atlanta. Staybridge staffs behaved like they were doing me a favor or the room came free.

Do not stay here.
From start to finish the stay was horrible. Check in was all over the place. I prepaid for parking, which they tried to charge me again. They had no regular parking only vallet . Before booking the hotel for my stay. I called to ask was the pool working and would it be working during the date of my trip. The front desk assistant stated yes. As their pool is always working. The worker stated that valllet was 24 hours. Which was not true. Our hotel had no hot water, and mold and water Damage. Will never stay here again.
