Very noisy on the side along Patton. Smells of cigarettes, because people just step outside their room to smoke. Free breakfast runs until 11:30 - very nice. Everything is tired and run down.

Excellent 5 star hotel! Great location to be able to walk to things around downtown. Breakfast that goes until 11:30 which is great and rare these days! Reasonably priced and has parking that is not any additional charge. Clean room with no problems. I love this hotel and I have stayed here a few times and will always try to stay at this place again when I come back to Asheville! Keep up the good work guys! Thanks!!

You get what you pay for but even 100 is too much for this place. Walls are paper thin could hear the people next door who were super loud and drunk till 3 am. We asked to be moved and they said they wouldn’t move us but would talk to them and never did. Also the hotel itself and our room just felt super dated, kind of gross and not cozy. We told ourselves we just needed a place to rest and doesn’t need to be fancy but it was just not worth it in the end. Spent my last night in a diff hotel for 45 bucks more and it was way better and quieter. The only redeeming thing is the staff was nice overall. But will not go again.

It’s definitely a budget hotel, ok for the money,
I had a good visit! I was there off season so it was relatively quiet, other than my room being near the elevators so I heard them. The room was nice, comfy bed, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, TV, safe on the floor, excellent lighting & the fixtures all worked! I liked that the room door opened up to the outside hall in some ways but the downside was not wanting to leave the curtains open to enjoy the sun because people could see right in. The manager lady was super friendly. Breakfast was a good variety. The lobby decor is definitely on the cheap-Euro-hostel side, but the free parking, walkable location, free breakfast & quality of the room made up for that. It’s definitely a budget hotel but for the money, & the great location, it was good. Asheville itself was a bit surprising, I loved the Mountain Views, artsy shops & restaurants but being a solo traveler it felt a little sketchy after dark IMHO.
