- You must be at least 3 feet and 6 inches (106 cm) tall for the boat ride.
- You should be able to walk on unpaved or uneven terrain.
- If you are pregnant or have back, neck, joint, or muscular problems, you should carefully consider whether to participate in the boat ride.
- Available neighborhoods for hotel pickup and drop-off are: Sentosa, Chinatown, Lavender, Little India, Marina Bay, Harbourfront, Bugis, Orchard, Novena, Geylang, Clarke Quay & Katong. Unavailable for hotel pickup are: Changi Village Hotel and Crowne Plaza Changi Airport Hotel.
- Please contact the local service provider to ensure that pick-up is available at your hotel.
- Pickup is 15–30 minutes prior to the booked tour start time. Tour duration includes travelling time to and from the attraction.
- You will need to present your confirmation/voucher or photo ID in exchange for your activity.
- The Amazon River Quest boat ride is weather permitting.
