What you can expect

See three of Tuscany’s gems on this full-day tour of Pisa, Siena, and San Gimignano from Florence. All unique in their own way, this combo tour to three cities is sure to make your vacation one you cannot forget.

Your day begins with a visit to the Tuscan town of Siena. Known around the world for its annual horse race, Il Palio, Siena is a beautiful example of a typical Medieval town. With your specialized guide, explore the historic city center by walking through the Piazza del Campo and to the town’s Romanesque cathedral. After your city tour, there is time to enjoy a coffee or ice cream and explore the town at your leisure before moving on to a traditional wine estate in the countryside surrounding the town of San Gimignano.

The rustic wine estate located in the foothills of San Gimignano is the perfect backdrop for your typical Tuscan lunch accompanied by local wines. Following lunch, you will have free time to explore the beautiful landscapes and artisan shops in the medical hilltop village of San Gimignano, famous for its white wine.

The final stop of the day is in the city of Pisa, home to the iconic Leaning Tower of Pisa. Upon arriving in Pisa, you will be greeted by the impressive Piazza dei Miracoli with its Cathedral and Leaning Tower standing tall! Here, explore the main square and be sure to capture the infamous photo attempting to hold up the tower. As we drive away from Pisa and back to Florence, enjoy the views of the rolling Tuscan hills!
