Excellent considerate guide, nice airconditioned transport. It was not ideal for someone who walks with a cane because of the number of steps and the difficulty in locating elevators/escalators. This was all by the Starline offices in Hollywood and staff really should have thought this through and been able to point them out. After this part the tour was great although a little disappointing that we only saw the Hollywood sign from the coach and not any of the viewing points. A little more attention to detail needed.
