Ambepussa

We will pick you from the Colombo airport or the hotel you are staying. Our representative will be awaiting inside the airport as per the flight details provided by you (flight number, landing time etc) if the pick-up is from the airport. Otherwise you can let us know the name of the hotel so we can arrange the pickup there. Ambepussa is a place located on the middle of the journey to Kandy and it's famous for breakfast and refreshments etc. You can decide and let our chauffeur know if you prefer to stop there.

Sri Lanka is world famous all around the world for it's great variety of Spices. And it's one of the export product categories too. During this visit, you will be given a brief idea about different types of spices available in Sri Lanka, the process of growing them and the harvesting etc. A complimentary herbal drink is offered to each visitor.

Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic

Temple of the tooth relic in Kandy is considered as the most important Buddhist temple in the world. Most of the tourists who visit Sri Lanka make it a point to include this place to their itinerary somehow. It's located within the walking distance from the cultural centre and we can proceed here soon after the show.

Kandy View Point

Also known as the Arthur's seat. A beautiful view point to overlook the entire city of Kandy. Ideal time to be here is the evening. So it will be perfect when you come after the visit to the temple. Beautiful Kandy lake, temple and the city can be seen with the magnificent view.

Day 2: Sigiriya, Dambulla and Safari Tour

We will be starting the day after breakfast at the hotel. We will will head to Sigiriya from Kandy. Our first stop is at Mathele. It's is a city located en-route to Sigiriya. There is a famous Hindu Kovil located in the middle of the Mathale city and we can stop there for few minutes.

Sigiriya The Ancient Rock Fortress

This world heritage site considered as the 8th wonder of the world. A must visit place if you happen to tour in Sri Lanka. It's advisable to start the climb as early as possible since it will be hot, sunny and tiring when it reaches the noon.

Pidurangala Rock

We will be checking out from the hotel in Kandy after the breakfast ans start traveling towards Nuwaraeliya. We have fe places to visit in Kandy and some on our way. Kandy lake is a beautiful creation located in the middle of the Kandy city. It's kind of an icon for Kandy's identity.

Kandy Market Hall

Located in the middle of Kandy town and this is the place where ordinary people come to purchase their daily needs. An ideal place to get an idea about the lifestyle of common Sri Lankans.

Gem mining is one of the main industries of the people in Sri Lanka and this falls among the top export products. Visit to the gem museum will be a great experience as it demonstrates the whole process of gem mining. Their presentation will educate you about the varieties of gems available here in Sri Lanka.

Ramboda Waterfall

One of the most beautiful waterfall of Sri Lanka. Located close to the main road from Kandy to Nuwaraeliya. It;s worth spending some time at this beautiful place.

Day 4: Scenic Train Journey and Beautiful Ella

Gregory Lake

Main item of the day is the scenic train ride from Nuwaraeliya to Ella. Train leaves at 12.30 pm and we have the morning half for the sightseeing within Nuwaraeliya. We can make a visit to Gregory lake park which is located close to the Nuwaraeliya city. It's beautiful place with some activities including boat rides, hore rides etc.

Nuwara Eliya

City tour in the beautiful Nuwaraeliya. Market hall & Victoria Park are among the places we can expect to visit here.

Nanu Oya railway station

Chauffeur will take you to the Nanuoya station to catch the train at 12.30 pm. We will have train tickets reserved for you. He will assists you in finding the particular seat number etc. Chauffeur will be driving to Ella with your luggage etc and wait at the Ella station for the train.

Ella

You will be arriving the Ella station around 3.00 pm. Chauffeur will be waiting there for the pick-up. Then we will be heading for the site seeing in Ella

Nine Arches Bridge

This is one of the key places in Ella. Whoever visits Ella make it a point to come the nine arch bridges. Unique design of the bridge and the beautiful surrounding are the reason for this place to be so popular among the travellers

Ravana Ella Falls

Ravana Falls is one of the longest and beautiful water falls of Sri Lanka. Located close to the main road to Wellawaya from Ella. We will be taking this route to reach our next destination.

Bentota

We will be heading to Bentotoa straight from Ella. This is one of the beautiful city located in the southern coastal area of Sri Lanka. We will be checked into the hotel for the night stay.

Day 5: Galle and the Beach Day

Galle

A trip to Sri Lanka will not be completed without some time spent on a beach side. Galle is one of the most beautiful cities in Sri Lanka and the capital of southern coastal area. We will have the breakfast at the hotel, check - out and leave for Galle. Galle fort is an iconic location which is built by dutch during their time in Sri Lanka. We can decide the time we leave for galle based on your preference to spend some relaxed time at the hotel in Bentota beach.

Madu River

Itinerary for the will can be arranged based on your departure flight time. Normally it will take around 30 minutes to reach the Airport from Colombo. Possible sightseeing and attractions available in Colombo are listed and we can decide them based on your preferences and the departure time. Pettah is the main area for street shopping and general businesses. Ordinary people used to come here for day today purchases.
