4.5 out of 5

Tour guide was very knowledgeable but spoke way too much on the bus. This made the experience a bit annoying. Also, the bus lacked the proper headlights when driving at night. When we asked the bus driver why he wasn’t using his headlights - he said that the company refused to replace them, which I found incredibly dangerous.

Our tour guide Cesar was excellent. Informative, fun and respectful. The bus ride was very smooth thanks to our bus driver Carlos. Xichen Itza did not dissapoint and neither did the cenote at the end of the tour. Definitely bring your swimsuit. Just a 15 minute stop in Viladone, a small town and than a stop at a local market. I would have preferred to spent the time in Villadone and not the market. Lunch was ok. The tour guide made the tour worth the money.

We were instructed to meet at the gate of our resort at 7 a.m. & we were picked up right on time. Our guide was Mary, at first she came off a little rude but over time she was actually great. She knew what she was talking about and gave us so much information. We got to eat and shop around and even got off the bus at Valladolid to get some pictures which was great because we had been told we might just drive around due to traffic. The cenote was a little scary but it was beautiful and refreshing to go after all the walking. This tour is absolutely worth the money.
