Activity itinerary

Upon arriving at the winery, you will be welcomed with a glass of complimentary white wine by the winemaker Alejandra. She will also give a talk about the family history of the winery and relevant aspects of Uruguayan viticulture. We will visit the manufacturing and bottling plant, where the method of making Alta Gama Catamayor wines will be explained. Then you will go down to the Underground Cava, unique in its style, to taste the wines offered Catamayor Cab Franc Rosado Old Cab Franc Plot Catamayor Grand Vin Catamayor Grand Tannat Single Barrel Blend Accompanied by a Mediterranean plate of pickles, sauces and homemade breads
