You will begin by riding through the city center, and roam through the vivid and enchanting neighborhood of La Candelaria. Being the oldest neighborhood in the capital, you will be able to see the contrast between the colorful colonial houses and the vibrant urban street art. You will have the chance of seeing this closer at Chorro de Quevedo, where you will make a shortstop to have a better comprehension of Colombia’s history.

Then, you will keep on riding until you reach the historical epicenter of the city, the Plaza de Bolivar. Surrounding the square, you will find the most significant and prestigious administrative and governmental buildings. Next, you will ride through the Séptima Avenue, which is one of the main avenues in Bogotá, available only for pedestrians and cyclists (from the Plaza de Bolivar to the 26th street). You will continue the tour by going to Teusaquillo, a neighborhood that was considered one of the most modern and elegant neighborhood(s) in the 1930’s. You’ll observe its uncommon architecture that includes English Victorian, art deco and modernist houses. At the same time, you’ll learn the whole story behind this influence as you ride through this enchanting neighborhood.
