You didn’t provide the airline Reference Number so we couldn’t go to airline sight for seats. We had to call British Airways to get a Reference Number and then call American for seats. Also you didn’t offer anything but economy seats.

I booked through you guys and now your filling my mailbox with emails about a trip that I’m not making until July. I appreciate that you want to make sure my trip is planned well but a few less email would be appreciated.

Train your foreign personnel better in English language and understanding

Also your website did not allow to buy cancellation protection, even though it stated “klick here”

I had multiple flights, use of website was easy.

The cancelation policy wasn’t clear in my confirmation email and the staff does not provide any option for my cancelation.
